LEED AP Exam change date

Hi

I have registered to take my LEED AP (BD+C) exam in july 2013 and planning to take in February 2014 , god forbid if I fail then am I eligible to take the exam again using LEED 2009 till May or June 2014 as my registration is valid till july 2014?

Hi Sarfaraj, thanks for your question. If you have a eligibility period to take the LEED AP exam that straddles the changeover date, you will be able to take the LEED AP exam under version 2009 until June 1st, then after that date, if you had to take the exam again, you would need to take the exam under LEED v4.

We're recommending to everyone that they take the current LEED 2009 exam before the changeover date. You can read about the changes in the v4 exam in Claire's post here.
