Green Salon Suites?

I am in the process of starting my own salon suite leasing business. I will lease individual mini salon suites. How can I create "green" suites? Water and electricity is our main consumption, dryer usage gives off a lot of heat and nail salons create a large amount of fumes. I would like to create and promote green salon suites and I am in the planning stages of the design and renovation or new construction. Can you provide information on where to start to get help?
