Project size MPR for LEED for Homes?

Unlike LEED BD+C, O+M, ID+C and ND, there is no minimum square footage requirement for LEED for Homes projects...

However, according to USGBC, the LEED for Homes Minimum Program Requirements (MPR) state that the LEED project must comply in terms of the definition of a “dwelling unit” by all applicable codes.

The LEED requirement includes, but is not limited to, the International Residential Code stipulation that a dwelling unit must include “permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation.”

One interesting thing to note about LEED for Homes, is that LEED for Homes discourages the design of "McMansions", or overly sized homes with a large number of bedrooms, even if they are designed to be "green". LEED for Homes uses a Home Size Adjustment formula which may penalize large LEED for Homes projects by making certification levels more difficult to achieve.
