flush system
We have to choose one of the flush system on the project, wc cisterns or flush valves. But I am not sure whether these flush valves are acceptable and if will achieve reduction in potable water or just comply with the base line flow rate?

Once the team has assessed the flow rate and flush fixture design case demand volumes, calculated in accordance with WE Prerequisite Indoor Water-Use Reduction, just compare to the baseline to determine whether they will achieve the necessary reduction in potable water use.
For indoor water use reduction in LEED v4, "Flow rates and flushing mechanisms must conform to the same design standards as commercial toilets. Confirm that the flush rates of the flush valves are compatible with the bowl sizes to ensure performance."
