Please explain what is covered by functional entry?
Hi Ryan, thanks for your question.
A functional entry in LEED is a building opening designed to be used by pedestrians and open during regular business hours. This doesn't include other doors or openings to the building that are not meant to be used as entryways, such as emergency exits, windows, garage doors, etc.
