Currently, I am working as LEED Engineer with Contrack International Inc Orascom JV for USA Navy FY 11 Navy Milcon Program Waterfront Development Project, starting from training & awareness, Sustainable Development for LEED requirements to complete responsibility of planning, implementing and leading to LEED certification.

Worked as a Green Building Coordinator for the Middle East Centre for Sustainable Development and specializes in the development of specific sustainability and LEED green building techniques for MECSD clients. My job profile includes Building Energy modeling and Energy conservation analysis as per ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1, 55- 2004 & 2007.LEED Commissioning, Renewable Energy, Daylight simulation and analysis, Interior & Exterior building lighting design, as per ASHRAE/IESNA standard. Energy auditing, Site investigation, Analysis of utility bill data to determine customer energy performance parameters, measurement and verification plan. Coordinating with the contactor to implement the construction waste management plan, maintain the Indoor Air Quality during construction and before occupancy, Water use reduction.
