Olga G. Alvarez, ASID, IIDA, LEED-AP ID+C, GGP is the founder and principal of Project Coordinating Services, LLC, a sustainable interior design firm focused on green strategies. She has over 30 years of professional experience within the design, architectural and contruction industry.

Extremely active in the environmental movement, Olga has been recognized with multiple regional awards, including:

2011 Broward County Emerald Awards for Green Innovator

2010 Women Who Dared- Green Go-Getter Award

2009 South Florida Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Women.

She serves on the Advisory Council of the USGBC-South Florida Chapter. Besides having been one of its founding members, she was elected to its board of directors and is also a past president of the organization. She became the first interior designer in Florida to become REGREEN certified and is qualified as an EPA-RPP, trained to follow lead-safe work practices for remodels and child-care facilities built before 1978.

Olga’s LEED® Accreditation (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Green Globes certification provide clients with the experience and knowledge to handle any project. Because of her experience, she's provided LEED training for various educational, corporate and governmental organizations.
