Keeping LEED Valid

Hi Brady, thanks for your question. You'll need to complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years under the LEED credential maintenance program (CMP) with 24 of these hours being "non-LEED specific" and 6 hours being "LEED specific". LEED Specific hours are related to your LEED specialty, so if you're a LEED BD+C, you would need to complete 6 hours that are specific to LEED BD+C.

LEED Green Associates only have to complete 15 hours, with 3 hours being LEED specific. LEED Green Associates can complete LEED specific hours that are relevant to any specialty, BD+C, ID+C, O+M, Homes or ND.
