I have worked in construction since 1988, started my own contracting business in 2000. Looking at all the waste leaving my job going to the landfill, I realized that almost 80% could be avoided. That is how I became intrested in Green Building. As an electrician I am keenly intrested in lighting design and more effecient ways of powering a property. In 2010 I expanded into General contracting. I have studied LEED as well as Build it Green programs. I find this field new and exciting.
