Shreepad Bandagi, LEED AP BD+C is an Engineer and sustainability consultant. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from India and Masters of Science in Construction Managment from University of Southern California, CA .

Shreepad works as Green Building Consultant with Spacioo. Spacioo is SMART SPACE initiative, We are already consulting over 20 million sft spaces across pan India comprising of Retail, Townships, High Rise, IT Park, SEZ & industries etc. We have assisted our consulted spaces to move from Certification to Platinum level while creating their space portfolio for values in terms of long term & premium tenancy.
