Site Execution: Ensure the quality of construction as per the standards and specifications Supervise the construction work according to the contract condition Timely reporting and assisting the Project Manager in Project Management related issues Maintain Hygienic conditions on the site Reconciliation of materials such as, steel, concrete, cement and paints etc. Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing it with the projected schedule of work Taking all the safety precautions such as, safety of cement from water, safety of worker from electric shock, safety of labours by use of helmets and safety belts LEED (Green Building): LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards application on projects Training and creating awareness about LEED within the department as well as on multiple sites Create and implement an Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan to reduce pollution from construction activities by controlling soil erosion, waterway sedimentation and airborne dust generation Create and implement Construction Waste Management Plan to divert construction and demolition debris from disposal in landfills and incineration facilities Create and implement Indoor Air Quality Management Plan to reduce indoor air quality (IAQ) problems resulting from construction or renovation and promote the comfort and well-being of construction workers and building occupants Implementing SMACNA recommended control measures in 5 areas: HVAC protection, source control, pathway interruption, housekeeping and scheduling
